New Delhi: Political Strategist Prashant Kishor Announced on Thursday that he will undertake a 3000 km padyatra which will start from A state in Eastern IndiaChamparan on 2nd October. He will also launch ‘Jan Suraj’ campaign to mark his new innings in the political arena.
Kishor rubbishes speculations that he will make a new political debut team And said that he would instead work for the development of Bihar. However, he left open the possibility of eventually forming a party through his new developmental platform. The political strategist said, “If a political party is formed, it will not be in my name, but I will cooperate with those who form it.”
He also said that he has been brought up as a backroom operator for major political players of the country and now he wants to create a platform of like-minded people with the aim of transforming his home state Bihar.

The strategist said that some 17,500-18,000 people have been identified who could join his campaign and he would discuss with them over the next few months.
Kishor said that his previous campaign “Baat Bihar Ki” could not start soon after it was launched and the Covid-19 pandemic brought all public activities to a standstill.

Prashant Kishor has strategized for several parties that helped him win the election. His most recent success was in West Bengal where he helped Mamata Banerjee defeat a very determined and aggressive BJP.
However, Kishor failed to make a mark in the 2017 assembly elections, working with the Congress in Uttar Pradesh.
Though these political parties are not yet ready to accept Prashant Kishor as a politician, but they will surely keep a close watch on his political plans.
