Sharing a photo of herself on her Instagram story, Priyanka revealed that she is flying back to Los Angeles.
Priyanka went to some rural areas of Uttar Pradesh as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador to promote her haircare brand in India.
Priyanka visited Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on Monday to see the work being done by UNICEF and its partners to end violence and discrimination against girls in the state.
Priyanka also shared several pictures and videos of herself visiting several UNICEF centres. He visited the Composite School Aurangabad in Lucknow where he met young boys and girls. He also visited ‘Anganwadi’ in Lalpur.
During her visit, Priyanka also praised CM Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government for its responsible attitude towards women and improving their status in the state.
“I noticed a big change here during the last two days of the visit. In fact, Uttar Pradesh needed this change.”
Priyanka also mentioned about the positive change in violence against women in the state. He said that I got a chance to visit the One Stop Center (Asha Jyoti Center) here. Here I met and talked to many women victims of violence.
The actor further praised the schemes being run for the education of children as well as for the orphans during Covid. Along with this, Priyanka also appealed to take the schemes to the needy people and make them aware.
On the film front, Priyanka will next be seen in international projects like ‘It’s All Coming Back to Me’ and the series ‘Citadel’. Produced by the Russo Brothers, ‘Citadel’ will reach OTT on Prime Video. The upcoming sci-fi drama series is being directed by Patrick Morgan and stars Richard Madden along with Priyanka. (ANI)
