necessary ingredients- scoop protein powder, cup gram flour, onion, capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 3 tbsp curd, tsp black pepper powder, 1 green chilli, 1 tbsp oil and salt as per taste.

Way-

  • In a bowl add protein powder, gram flour, black pepper powder and salt. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  • Now add finely chopped onion, capsicum, green chili and green coriander to it.
  • Add curd along with water as required and mix to make a batter. Consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  • Grease a non stick pan with oil and grease it well. Let the pan heat up. Pour the batter on a non-stick tava (griddle) and spread it in circular motions.
  • Fry the cheela from both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
