Punjab: Minor fire reported in Ludhiana district court complex. Ludhiana News – Times of India

Ludhiana: A few days after the blast in district courts, a fire broke out in the old lawyers’ chambers in the court premises on Saturday evening. The fire was minor and there was no loss of life or property.
Fire department officials said that around 6.30 pm they received information about the fire in the district court premises, following which they rushed a fire brigade along with two firefighters to douse the blaze. By the time they reached the spot, the fire was over.
Police station in-charge ASI Sukhpal Singh in the court premises said that someone had seen the fire on the sixth floor of the old lawyers’ chamber building after which they reached the spot. He said that he extinguished the fire with water.
