PVR Pictures became PVR Inox Pictures after the merger

PVR Pictures, the production and distribution arm of the PVR Group, has been renamed PVR Inox Pictures. Fusion PVR and Inox Leisure K.

PVR Inox Pictures will continue to exist as the combined motion picture arm of PVR Inox Limited. This announcement was made in the ongoing program Cannes Film Festival,

PVR Inox Pictures will continue to serve as a partner to content producers around the world and expand the quality and depth of content that is made available to Indian consumers.

The newly merged PVR Inox Limited operates a network of 1689 cinema screens across 361 properties in India and Sri Lanka, which has a 43% share of multiplex screens in India. Branding of existing screens to continue as PVR and Inox, new cinemas opened after the merger will be branded as PVR Inox, the firms said in a regulatory filing reported by PTI.
