About 5-Minute Breakfast Recipe: How to Make Desi Style Potato Sandwich in 5 Minutes:

First of all we have to make potato masala for sandwich. For that, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, onion, green chili, carrot and capsicum and fry everything. Add turmeric to it and mix.

Now add boiled potatoes to this mixture and add red chili powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt as per taste. Lastly, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and aloo masala is ready in no time.

Now take two bread slices, spread green chutney on one slice and tomato ketchup on the other. Fill the potato stuffing in the bread and spread butter on top. Bake the sandwich on both sides, cut into halves and serve.
