About 15-Minute Biryani Recipe: How to Make Soya Biryani in 15 Minutes:

  • Soak soya chunks in hot water and keep it for few minutes.
  • Sieve the soya chunks, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and biryani masala.
  • Add salt as per taste and some crushed kasoori methi. Mix everything together and add curd, green chillies, potatoes, carrots and beans. You can customize your vegetables.
  • Lastly, add fresh mint and coriander leaves, mix everything together and keep aside.
  • Put some oil and ghee in a pan and add cumin, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon sticks. Let them explode
  • Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato and cook it.
  • Now add marinated soya chunks and cook it.
  • Now layer it with soaked basmati rice, birista (fried onion), fresh chopped mint and coriander, along with saffron milk and ghee.
  • Add little more water and cook till one whistle comes.

And in no time your instant soya biryani is ready to eat.
