At around 9.30 am, an altercation broke out between the two over keeping the car and Rashid allegedly stabbed Soufel in the chest in a fit of rage. He was declared brought dead in the hospital, Circle Inspector Devesh Bhardwaj Told.
His father and two brothers Javed and Shaan were also injured. They filed a complaint against Rashid and he was soon arrested, Bharadwaj Told.
