The Congress on Monday hit back at Jagdeep Dhankhar’s remarks that the Rajya Sabha chairman should be impartial and should not always praise the government.

Speaking at the World Homeopathy Day celebrations here, Mr Dhankhar said as India lays the foundation stone of the centenary of its independence in 2047, every attempt to attack the country’s dignity must be blunt.
