Ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has reduced stake in Delta Corp from 7.5% to 6.2%, according to an exchange filing.
Shares of Delta Corp were down nearly 4.08% in Wednesday’s afternoon deals 209.50 each on NSE.
As per the shareholding pattern till December last year, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala held 1.15 crore shares or 4.31 per cent stake in the company. Meanwhile, Rekha Jhunjhunwala separately held 3.18% stake in the company.
Delta Corp’s consolidated net profit falls 17% for the fourth quarter 48 crores as compared to 58 crore in the corresponding period of last year. Company’s sales grew marginally 218 crores.
