Rakesh Roshan Was not in a position to talk. He collected his thoughts and sent us an emotional message which read, “Her voice was a unique one and she sang from the heart. Kabhi Kisiko Mukkammal Jahan Nahi Mileta was one of his best songs. rest in peace.”
Rakesh Roshan’s younger brother Rajesh Roshan could not believe this bad news. He said, “He was one of the few singers who could bring life to his songs. Very few singers can do it, but Bhupinder always does. He has done many for acclaimed music directors like SD Burman, RD Burman. Sing great songs. Madan Mohan And even my father (music director Roshan) wanted to sing him. He also sang for me in the film Jai Vijay. I still listen to his songs Do Deewane Shahar Mein and Hoke Majboor Mujhe. He used to be a very good guitarist. He used to play a lot with SD Burman. Bhupinder joined Pancham after the death of SD Da. I listen to Bhupinder’s songs everyday. He was full of life. We will really miss him.”
Both Roshan Bhai became very emotional after the death of his friend and colleague Bhupinder Singh.
