  • To start with the recipe, blend 250 grams of paneer and transfer it to the pan. Add 3/4 cup sugar and fry on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup milk powder and cook till the mixture sticks together. Add cardamom powder and mix well with the mixture.
  • Once done, grease a plate and transfer the cooked mixture to the tray.
  • Flatten the fondant, sprinkle some pistachios and rose petals on top.
