Rakshit Shetty’s starrer Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side B recently hit theaters on November 17. Right now, the film is doing decent business at the box office. Meanwhile, in a recent media interaction, director Hemanth M Rao shared some trivia related to Rakshit’s character in the film, which is currently garnering everyone’s attention.

In the interview session, director Rao said, “Rakshit Shetty gained 20 kg of weight for Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side B which has made the actor look very different and more mature.”

Earlier, in the first part, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side A, Rakshit Shetty looked different as he appeared as a young lover boy. Rakshit appeared with a stylishly lidded beard in the young boy’s look, which perfectly justified his character. On Side B, he portrayed the totally opposite role of a grown man. So, he had to put on a lot of weight to justify his roles.

Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side B has been making headlines for a long time. Paramvah Studios earlier released the official teaser of Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side B which received immense love from the viewers. In the teaser, Priya is seen recording a message for Manu, who is in prison, by flipping the cassette. It then goes on to show glimpses of events that unfolded in the first instalment of Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side B. It ends with Manu lying on a rooftop with Priya’s voiceover in the background: “The day you come out of jail, I’ve planned a huge celebration” and “I’ll decorate the whole house.”

Rakshit Shetty is also the producer of the romantic drama film Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side B. The movie also features Rukmini Vasanth and Chaithra J Achar in the main leads. Along with Achyuth Kumar, Pavitra Lokesh, Avinash and Sharath Lohithaswa in the supporting roles.

The music was composed by Charan Raj, while the cinematography was handled by Advaitha Gurumurthy and edited by Sunil S Bharadwaj and Hemanth M Rao.

On the other hand, the first part, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- Side A, which was released on September 1, received highly positive reviews from critics. The movie revolves around Manu and Priya’s ardent love story, delving into the depths of their emotions.
