Ranbir will soon be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. On the other hand, he is working with director Luv Ranjan on his look for his upcoming project. Since the film is a romantic comedy and demands a lean, slim and toned look without many muscles, his workout routine has been set accordingly.

Talking to his trainer Shivohm, he says that he is engaged in functional training, weight training, and also covers a lot of structures and German volumes. Ranbir also clarifies that we all need to understand our diet better.
