Jaguar Land Rover India has announced that it has started deliveries of the all-new 2022 Range Rover. The flagship SUV is being offered in standard, long-wheelbase and 7-seater versions, and is available in four trim levels, namely SE, HSE, Autobiography, as well as the First Edition. Pricing for 2022 range Rover Starting from Rs 2.39 Cr and goes up to Rs 3.43 Cr (ex-showroom, India).

The powerful SUV is available with 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel and petrol engines making 351 PS/700 Nm and 400 PS/550 Nm respectively. There is also a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 that makes 530 PS of maximum power and 750 Nm of peak torque. All three engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and come with mild-hybrid technology. Land Rover claims that the SUV with the 4.4-litre V8 engine can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 4.6 seconds.
On the feature front, the flagship SUV comes equipped with a 13.1-inch floating Piwi Pro touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technology, 13.7-inch digital driver display, 1600W Meridian sound system, four-zone climate control, active noise cancellation, and more. An air purifier, and so on.

Note that the first edition model will be available during the first year of production. The new Range Rover directly rivals the Mercedes-Maybach GLS, Aston Martin DBX, Lexus LX, as well as the Bentley Bentayga.
