Rani Mukerji reveals that her daughter Adira cried after watching the scene in Bunty Aur Babli 2, know why

Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Bunty Aur Babli 2, recently revealed that her daughter started crying after seeing her ‘pretend to cry’ in a scene in the film. Yash Raj Films (YRF) uploaded a video on its YouTube channel in which Saif Ali Khan Rani is asked if Adira has seen him crying on the screen. To which Rani replied, “She no, no, I didn’t see her because I tried her to watch Bunty Aur Babli 2 but the minute I was pretending to cry, she started crying within a minute. Me. Don’t think she’s comfortable seeing me (crying), but she loves watching me dance onscreen and watch me when I’m doing something funny.” The actress further revealed that her daughter had come for the shoot of Bunty Aur Babli 2. to Abu Dhabi.

He also added, “… what makes me very happy is that Bunty Aur Babli 2 is my first film that Adira saw and loved! Nothing beats this moment for me and my career.” It was great to see her reaction to the film and what I have done on screen. She was laughing and rolling after seeing the crazy comedy we did. I am so glad I could make her laugh. It’s me Fills the heart with so much joy. He had the best time and it means the world to me.”

She also revealed that Adira watched her film Hichki at a very young age. Rani said, “She has seen hiccups but … she was like two and a half years old.”

Rani Mukerji tied the knot with Aditya Chopra in April 2014 in a private ceremony in Italy. The following year, the couple welcomed their daughter Adira.

In the upcoming film, Rani will be seen playing the role of ‘Fashion Queen of Fursatganj’. Bubbly’s sartorial choices are over-the-top and eccentric. Bunty supports his wife’s efforts, but doesn’t necessarily agree with her larger fashion choices.

Talking about the same, Rani said in a statement: “Vimmy is bored being a housewife in a small town. She knows she is talented, she is Ozzy Babli, a smart woman who has faced incredible opposition. Pulled off! Though she is happy with her marriage, she wants more, she craves adventure and is the center of attention. She was always in fashion and so, she decided to pursue it.”

She continued: “Her fashion choices are loud, colorful and happy because that’s what her personality is all about and I must say she is happy with the fact that the people of Fursatganj look up to her. The people of this village are not in touch with fashion and Babli Became the fashion queen of Fursatganj.”

Rani will be seen in the soon to be released film ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ opposite Saif Ali Khan. The two will be pursuing a con-starring duo, Nai Bunty and Babli, played by Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari, respectively. The film, directed by debutant Varun V. Sharma, is scheduled for theatrical release on November 19.
