Chicken cutlet cooking process:

1) First take a bowl and put minced chicken in it, followed by ginger-garlic paste, green chili, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, mustard oil, coriander leaves, lemon Add juice. , fresh breadcrumbs And mix all the things well.

2) Now, take a portion of the mixture and shape it as per your choice. Basically give the shape of cutlets.
