Recipe: This Detox Cold Infusion is a surefire remedy for many problems

  1. Rasa (taste): Kashaya (astringent) and Tikta (bitter)

Method:

  1. Take a portion of crushed coriander seeds. (eg: 25 grams)
  2. Add six parts of water (eg: 150 ml)
  3. Keep it covered overnight or for 8 hours.
  4. The next morning, filter it and mix a small amount of sugar candy in it and take it on an empty stomach.

Here’s how to make coriander seed chilled extract:

Consumption:

  1. A quantity of 40-50 ml with half a teaspoon of sugar can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
  2. It can also be taken two or three times daily in the amount of 10 to 30 ml with rock sugar.
  3. A batch can be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within two days.
  4. It can be consumed for six to eight weeks.
