We also learn that this was the third time that Raju Shah had suffered a cardiac arrest. A source close to the Shahs said that Raju Shah had been subjected to two attacks earlier and a stent was also installed.
Raju Shah passed away on January 22 in Srinagar, where he and his wife had gone for a short vacation with some friends from the industry. After coming out of the bathroom in his hotel room at 11.15 pm, the financier felt uneasy and collapsed before reaching the bed.
May God rest Shah’s soul in peace. He is survived by wife Rita, son Yash and two daughters Karishma and Samridhi.
