Rujuta first told what is sattu?

According to his post, it is a delicious, discreet mix of chana dal, gehu (wheat) and rice flour (depending on the region you come from). She said this is the stuff nurturing love stories are made of. “#Plant Baseddiets As the USA likes to call it, Sattu provides the body with calcium, vitamins like folic acid and essential amino acids like lysine,” says Rujuta.

Here are three main reasons why you might want sattu:

1) It reduces menstrual cramps and clots

2) Surprisingly, this food item also helps in getting rid of dark circles under your eyes

3) Sattu also helps in reducing pigmentation and hair fall

Rujuta also added a special note to the post

He said that Teej, a festival celebrated during Shravan, is rooted in the concept of stability. It is the time of monsoon when many communities do not eat green leafy vegetables like spinach, etc. and also fish or meat. So, this is the reason why sattu was invented to fulfill the requirement of folic acid, amino acids and minerals in the body.

She wrote, “Diversity is an inherent system in our society and culture and the time has come for us to embrace it with pride.”
