Running lowers men’s risk of heart attack and improves women’s health, claims a new study. The Times of India

Running can never go wrong, if you’re doing it properly, experts say. As a human ages, exercise is what keeps him mobile. One of the easiest, low-cost exercises is running.

To run effectively, wear appropriate attire. Good running shoes are a must for everyone. Women should wear sports bras.

Do not jump straight into a hard run. Condition your body first and then start moving.

Know when to pick up the pace and when to slow down. Don’t stop immediately while running, keep going slow until you stop.
