Russia’s nuclear forces are conducting exercises in Ivanovo province, northeast of Moscow, Interfax news agency quoted the Russian Defense Ministry as saying on Wednesday.
The ministry was quoted as saying that about 1,000 troops are conducting intensive maneuvers using more than 100 vehicles, including the Yars intercontinental ballistic missile launcher.
