Ukraine said it had been targeted by “more than 50” cruise missiles from Russia on Monday morning, resulting in power outages in several areas.
“Since 7 a.m. on 31 October, Russian occupiers carried out several waves of missile attacks against critical infrastructure in Ukraine,” the Ukrainian military said on Telegram, “more than 50 X-101/X-555 cruises from Russia”. Missiles were launched”.
