“We are concerned that Moscow may conduct a false flag campaign in Ukraine, possibly with chemical weapons,” Stoltenberg, the secretary general of the Western Military Alliance, told a news conference.

Following reports that Russia had sought military aid from China in its fight against Ukraine, NATO chief Stoltenberg said in his address on Tuesday that China has an obligation, as a member of the UN Security Council, to uphold international law. .

“Any support from the Russian military or of any other kind would help Russia wage a brutal war against Ukraine, an independent sovereign nation. Therefore, as a member of the United Nations Security Council, China has an obligation to support and uphold international law,” Jens Stoltenberg said.

Jens Stoltenberg also said that Russia’s claim that the US is funding “military biological activities” in Ukraine is “absurd” and “just another lie”.
