Mansi, an Indian based in the US, is a vegetarian food blogger who shares her recipes on Instagram through her profile @vspiceroute. In an effort to assimilate American food culture with Indian, he created a unique dish called Sabudana Waffles, which is a cross between the humble Indian snack sabudana vada and the popular American breakfast waffle. While waffles are generally sweet, this dish is savory and tastes exactly like sabudana vada. In fact, the ingredients and method are almost the same, but the only difference is in the way of cooking.
