Sameera Reddy shares her struggle with back pain and how it affected her daily routine

Known for advocating for body positivity and self-acceptance, Sameera Reddy has opened up on a more personal experience of dealing with back pain. The actress said on Instagram, “I have had a sore back since the days of shooting, and post delivery, it works out on hiatus.

The last 2 months, my back has completely gone for a toss. I was very disappointed because I want to be this super mom with my Fitness Friday and stick with so many things in my day. But I have a history of back issues and post-delivery, it has become debilitating.”

She shared how taking nutritional supplements has helped her deal with the condition better. Adding multi-vitamins, omega fish oil and calcium to her daily diet along with yoga and physiotherapy made her feel better.

He stressed on the need to take care of his physical and mental health, saying, “So this is me reminding you what you need for your body and strength. Mental and physical. Lots of everyday life and body expectations. There is pressure and it can be hard to keep up. The best investment is to invest in yourself so be mindful of your needs and listen.”
