Samsung Galaxy S23 series may feature similar display to Galaxy S22 lineup – Times of India

A few weeks ago, notable tipster Ice Universe shared that the upcoming Galaxy S23 the series will remain the same as this year Galaxy S22 Chain. Now, the tipster has shared more details about the upcoming Galaxy S23, which reveals that the two series’ couldn’t be much different.
The tipster shared a post on Weibo detailing the screen size, resolution and dimensions of the entire Galaxy S23 series. As per the post, the upcoming Galaxy S23 and S23+ will sport a 6.1-inch and 6.6-inch display with 1,080×2,340 pixels and 1,440×2,340 pixels resolution, respectively, similar to the Galaxy S22 and S22+. Therefore, however, there may be some slight differences in dimensions.
There will be no change in next year’s Ultra model, Galaxy S23 Ultra Too. The tipster suggests that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature a 6.8-inch display with a resolution of 3,080×1,440 pixels, which will be the same as the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Like its two smaller counterparts, the S23 Ultra may be slightly longer and narrower than its predecessors.
If one speculates, the upcoming Galaxy S23 lineup will likely feature a 120Hz AMOLED panel.
The Galaxy S23 series, especially the S23 and S22+, might not be a huge upgrade compared to their predecessors. However, the Galaxy S23 Ultra may get a major upgrade, as rumors suggest that it may come with a 200MP camera, which could replace the 108MP on the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Not much is officially known about the Galaxy S23 series, but it is being confirmed that the entire Galaxy S23 lineup will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset, probably Snapdragon 8 Gen 2,
