Samsung launches 2022 lineup of soundbars with Dolby Atmos in India – Times of India

earlier this year, samsung Introduced a new range of soundbars in the global market. Now, it has brought those soundbars to India on the occasion of World Music Day. This year Samsung’s lineup includes seven new soundbars starting at Rs 24,990 and going up to Rs 99,990. Furthermore, the lineup comprises two series’ – S-Series and Q-Series, and both come with Dolby Atmos,

The first Samsung Q-series soundbars to come with wireless Dolby Atmos
The Samsung Q-series soundbars include four models — the Q990B, Q930B, Q800B, Q700B, and Q600B — and according to Samsung, they’re made for Neo QLED and OLED TVs. Furthermore, they are the first soundbars to come with support for wireless Dolby Atmos. In addition, the soundbars support integrated Q-Symphony technology, allowing the soundbar to play audio in the symphony with the TV’s integrated speakers. In addition, the soundbars come with Space Fit Sound Advance, which adjusts the sound according to the size of the room.
Q990B is the flagship model which comes with 11.1.4 channel bass while Q930B comes with 9.1.4 channel. The Q800B has side speakers and is a 5.1.2 channel speaker. Whereas, the Q700B comes with up-firing speakers and a smaller 3.1.2 channel surround sound setup. The base model, the Q600B, comes with support for Q-Symphony Gen-2 audio setup and HDMI eARC connection.
Samsung’s S-series soundbars are the thinnest soundbars in the world
Samsung has brought the S801B model under the S-series which is the world’s thinnest soundbar with a depth of just 39.99mm. It has a 3.1.2 channel surround sound setup and comes with built-in . comes with Alexa Support, Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X audio.
The S61B soundbar comes with a 5.0 channel surround sound setup that supports wireless Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X audio. In addition, it supports Q-Symphony. Furthermore, the S61B can be used as a companion speaker or as a standalone speaker with support for Hi-Res Audio.
