Samsung: New update to Samsung Galaxy Z series adds Galaxy S22 camera feature – Times of India

The South Korean tech giant will be adding these features to both the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Fold 3. However, the new update will not have the June security patch. The Galaxy Z series smartphones are expected to get four flagship smartphones Android Upgrades which include – Android 12, Android 13, Android 14 and Android 15. The company has also promised at least five years of security updates for the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Currently, Samsung’s latest clamshell foldable phone runs on the stable version. Android 12. The foldable device is likely to get Android 13 by December 2022 or January 2023.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 new update
Samsung has started rolling out a new update that adds new camera features to the foldable device. The over-the-air (OTA) update weighs in at 1.1GB and comes with firmware version F711BXXU2CVEB.
The latest update for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphone brings several new features which include – an auto framing feature in video recording mode that will help with auto picture adjustment in video calling apps. The latest update has also enhanced the Low Light Portrait Mode algorithm and will allow owners to use the telephoto lens in Pro Mode. In addition, users will also be able to access Samsung’s customizations and effects in the social media app with this new update.
how to install updates
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 users will either receive a notification requesting to download and install the new update or they can search for it manually. To manually check for updates, users have to go to the Settings app and then select the Software Update option. Here, users can download and install the new update.
