As per the previous report, some users were not able to log in to their Samsung Pay app, which was showing an error message saying: “ID is not valid”. Furthermore, the earlier report also mentioned that the company’s customer support also noted that the Samsung Pay app will no longer work on devices from other brands.
Why was Samsung Pay causing so much trouble?
This problem was caused by a bug which has now been fixed by the company. Earlier, XDA Developers reported that affected users who could not sign in to their Samsung Pay account were still able to access their Samsung accounts using the same ID.
