Both Samsung Galaxy A73 5G and Galaxy A53 are affordable premium smartphones from the company.
In terms of specs, the Galaxy A73 5G offers relatively more powerful specs. It comes with a 108MP sensor, a slightly better chipset and more.

design
In terms of design, both the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A73 5G have the same design. The only noticeable difference between the two is the size as the latter has a bigger display. Furthermore, both the smartphones come with a quad rear camera setup at the back along with a similar camera housing. Moreover, both have a centrally placed punch hole for the front camera setup.

For starters, both the smartphones come with an AMOLED display panel with 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of size, the Galaxy A53 5G sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ display, while the Galaxy A73 5G sports a slightly larger 6.7-inch FHD+ screen.
Chipset, RAM and Storage
Samsung has equipped the Galaxy A53GB with its Exynos 1280SoC. It is built on the 5nm architecture and has a total of eight cores (2×2.4 GHz Cortex-A78 and 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55).
The Galaxy A73 5G, on the other hand, is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chip. It is a 6nm architecture and has an octa-core setup of 4×2.4 GHz Kryo 670 and 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 670.
Both the smartphones come with 8GB RAM variant, Galaxy A53 5G is also available in 6GB RAM capacity. Talking about storage, Galaxy A53 comes with 128GB and Galaxy A73 is available with up to 256GB storage.

Both Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A73 are equipped with quad rear camera setup. But, the Galaxy A73 has a 108MP primary sensor and the Galaxy A53 has a 64MP primary shooter.
As far as the other three sensors are concerned, both come with a similar setup of 12MP ultra wide, 5MP macro and 5MP depth sensors.
Operating System
Samsung has launched both the smartphones with One UI 4 customer user interface based on Android 12 operating system.
