Yuzvendra Chahal took over the Twitter account of Rajasthan Royals

Yuzvendra Chahal knows how to tickle funny bones and his antics were there for the world to see as the new Rajasthan Royals signing briefly took over the franchise’s Twitter account and everyone with his hilarious tweets separated. He also announced from the handle that he will lead the franchise in the upcoming edition of IPL 2022. A tweet on the official handle of Rajasthan Royals read, “Meet the new captain of RR @yuzi_chahal.” To this, Rajasthan Royals regular captain Sanju Samson responded, “Congratulations Yuji.”

This was not the only act of Chahal, as in another witty tweet on the account, it was said that if he manages to garner 10000 retweets, Chahal will open up with Jos Buttler ‘Uncle’.

Chahal sent a DM to Jos Butler and the message read: “Hi Josh baby I love you so much.”

In the end, Chahal was asked to log off from Twitter by the franchise’s director of cricket Kumar Sangakkara. Sangakkara said in his message: “Get off Twitter, Sanga”.

The IPL 2022 season will begin on March 26 and the franchise has been placed in Group A along with Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants. Sanju Samson’s team will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in their opening match of the tournament on March 29 at the MCA Stadium in Pune.
