Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara Tendulkar is a big fan of her father. He is currently in London but the time difference did not stop him from catching a glimpse of his father who played in the first semi-final of the ongoing Road Safety World Series 2022 between India Legends and Australia Legends in Raipur. He saw Tendulkar batting and posted the live match story on his Instagram story. He also put a small caption and wrote – ‘Been a time’. Sachin could not do anything special with the bat in the semi-finals. He scored runs in just 10 balls which included 2 fours.

Take a look at Sara Tendulkar’s story for father Sachin below.

Earlier, Australia Legends posted 171/5 in their allotted 20 overs. Not to forget, the match was split into two days. The semi-final on 28 September (Wednesday) was washed out due to rain. By the time it rained, Australia Legends were 136/5 in 17 overs. The organizers then rescheduled the match for today, 29 September. On the second day of competition, Cameron White and Brad Haddin scored 35 runs in the remaining 3 overs to take Australia to 171/5 at the end of 20 overs.

India chased down the target well with openers Sachin Tendulkar and Naman Ojha scoring 38 for the first wicket inside the powerplay. Tendulkar was then dismissed for 10, but Ojha scored an unbeaten 90. The match turned into a tense situation as India Legends lost Yuvraj Singh, Stuart Binny and Yusuf Pathan in quick succession with more than 40 runs required from four overs. But Irfan Pathan was a savior as he hit 4 sixes and 2 fours respectively to lead his team to a resounding victory. He helped India make it to the final by scoring 37 runs in just 12 balls.
