You can apply moisturizing and nourishing agents like apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, egg, avocado and argan oil for a smoother look. Dermatologist Dr Rashmi Shetty suggests on her Instagram post that here are some tips that can help reduce frizz by restoring moisture.

Experts recommend a good old champi using hydrating and moisturizing oils like argan, coconut, or jojoba oil and gently massaging it into the scalp.

Shetty advises not to over-shampoo the hair to remove the oil as it tends to dry out the hair. Instead, she recommends using a small amount of shampoo and diluting it, and using it only on the scalp, rather than the hair shaft.

The health expert reminds viewers to condition only the ends of the hair and not the scalp. She urges to condition the hair for a long time like 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Avoid over-washing the hair after conditioning.
