The petitioners have also alleged that the Board has failed to properly implement the process of dispute redressal mechanism relating to the results.

The counsel appearing for CBSE told the bench that the school was duly informed that the results were declared as per the policy of the board.

The bench then asked whether the authority concerned had given reasons for dealing with the individual complaint raised by the student.

The petition alleges that CBSE provided the mechanism for dispute resolution but “only on paper and in reality failed to implement it, causing great harm to the petitioner students and if it goes unresolved it will render them irreparable”. There will be damage”.

It has also sought a direction that their results be declared on the basis of 30:30:40 formula and taking into account the actual marks obtained by them.
