School job scam: AIIMS says Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee does not need hospitalisation. India News – Times of India

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate on Monday informed a special court in Kolkata that West Bengal Minister Partha ChatterjeeArrested in connection with an alleged school job scam, he has chronic health problems, but has not required hospitalization.
ED submitted AIIMS Bhubaneswar Partha Chatterjee’s medical report before the court said that he is fit and stable.
The ED said, “There is nothing wrong in the medical report. He was taking advantage of his position to stay in the government hospital. He is fit and can be taken into custody.” AIIMS report good.
Earlier today, Partha Chatterjee was brought to Bhubaneswar by the ED in an air ambulance as per the direction of the Calcutta High Court.
The court had on July 24 directed the ED, which arrested Chatterjee in connection with its probe into the alleged scam, to take him to AIIMS Bhubaneswar in the early hours of Monday by air ambulance.
ED seeks 14-day custody of Partha Chatterjee.
