Now add water and whisk again, like you would whipping an omelet. Batter should be thin and smooth. Heat a pan and pour the batter to make a thin omelet. Once it is half cooked, place two slices of buttered bread and flip the omelet. On the other side add paneer pieces, chopped tomatoes, onion and capsicum. Close the omelet bread like a sandwich, and grill the bread until nice and crispy. Eggless Omelette Sandwich is ready!
