We recently came across one such delicious experiment that has left us wanting more. So, we thought of sharing it with you. It is called Chicken Vada Pav. How to make Chicken Vada Pav at Home:

to make chicken vada pavWe need pav, minced chicken, gram flour, salt, red chilli, ginger garlic paste, green chutney, curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida and mustard seeds.

First, heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now add minced chicken and salt to this spice mixture and mix. Make small balls from the chicken mixture. Keep aside. Make a batter of gram flour with turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, salt and water. Now dip the chicken balls in the batter and fry till golden brown.

Cut the pav in the middle, spread green chutney on each slice and stuff it with chicken balls. serve hot.
