We recently came up with yet another such unique paratha recipe, which made us crave for more. So, we thought of sharing it with you. This recipe includes tomato, capsicum, onion, paneer and more. It is bulky, healthy and helps you cook fast food anytime of the day. And what makes it unique is that there is no flour or all purpose flour involved in this recipe. Sounds interesting doesn’t it? This recipe has been shared by food vlogger Reshu on his YouTube channel ‘Cooking with Reshu’. Let me tell you about the recipe.

Winter Diet Tips: How to Make Onion-Capsicum-Tomato Stuffed Paratha Without Flour or Maida:

  • To make the stuffing, put oil in a pan. Add green chili, onion, capsicum, tomato and cook it well.
  • Add salt, oregano, chili flakes and cook. Cool and add cheese to it.
  • Now grate the potato and add corn flour / arrowroot and knead the dough.
  • Cut a round and roll it flat.
  • Pour enough stuffing on the rolled paratha.
  • Cover it with another rolled paratha. Close the edges well.
  • Put ghee in a pan and cook the paratha well.
