There is no shortage of bizarre content on the internet. We have seen all kinds of weird and amusing videos on our daily scroll through our social media feeds. One category of videos that often go viral on Instagram and Twitter are those of food delivery drivers. Since food delivery has now become a common feature of our daily lives, there are often many hilarious examples and anecdotes that happen to our delivery drivers. Recently, a delivery driver took back a customer’s food because he felt the tip the customer gave was not high enough.

The video was originally shared in December 2020, but is going viral again. The clip was shared by a page called Driver Man and has been viewed over 1.6 million times since it was posted.

In the clip, the delivery person can be seen captured on the doorbell camera. Even though the food order was with her and ready, she seemed annoyed with the amount that was sent to her. He said that the distance he covered was quite long and it took him about 40 minutes to reach there. Although the customer added an $8 tip (approximately Rs.650), delivery driver Totally disappointed and annoyed. He took the drastic step of refusing the food and actually returned it!

Several users reacted to the viral video of the delivery driver. One user said, “This woman has never worked for tips before. Eight dollars is a home run.” “As a door dash driver, an 8-dollar tip is good money!! I can’t believe she withheld the food,” said another. Another user revealed, “This is the reason why I refuse to order food from Doordarshan or any other food delivery service. The drivers are insane. I prefer to drive myself and go get my food.”
