Hua Hin, 33, has been in good form after winning her first Asian Tour win in Thailand last month, but has not won a title since turning professional in 2011.
The leading lady of the event was 22-year-old Swedish star Maja Stark, coming second on Sunday with a total of 47 after an eagle and four birdies.
Thailand’s Budsabakorn Sukapan, 24, was third with 42 points and her compatriot Phachra Khongwatmai, 22, was one point behind.
Argentina’s 26-year-old Maggie Simmermacher provided the wow factor with a hole-in-one in the 12th hole, but ended up further down the field.
Meanwhile, 15-year-old Thai youth Gun Ratchanan failed to make the second day of competition when he claimed last week’s inaugural Asian Mixed Cup to become the youngest winner of an elite international tour.
“I’m just tired. I tried my best, I wanted to be in this area,” he said.
His focus will now be on the upcoming South East Asian Games to be held in Vietnam’s capital Hanoi in May, ahead of an international series England and the British Amateur Championship in June.
Rachnan, who balances homework with competition, is only the fifth amateur to win on the Asian Tour – and the first since 2009.
