Shashi Tharoor slams Shah Rukh Khan ‘witch-hunters’ over his son Aryan Khan’s arrest: Have some sympathy, people – Times of India

A court in Mumbai on Monday extended till 7 October NCB custody of Aryan Khan – son of Bollywood supper star Shahrukh Khan and producer Gauri Khan, following his arrest after busting a rave party aboard a luxury cruise ship.

Now, Indian politician Shashi Tharoor Taking to his Twitter account to criticize ‘Shah Rukh’s witch-hunting’ over the arrest of his son Aryan Khan. He tweeted, “I’m not a fan of recreational drugs and have never tried one, but now I’m back on the horrific epic displayed by @iamsrk on my son’s arrest on the witch-hunt. Have some sympathy, guys. Public glare is bad enough, it doesn’t take a 23-year-old’s face to be rubbed with joy.”

After several hours of arguments between the NCB’s lawyers and the accused’s counsel, the court rejected the bail application of the accused and sent him to the agency’s custody for three days.
