Earlier today we told you that a court in Mumbai has issued summons to the actress. Shilpa Shetty Kundra, his sister Shamita Shetty and mother Sunanda Shetty A businessman lodged a complaint at the Juhu police station alleging non-payment of a loan of Rs 21 lakh. Hours after the update, Shilpa Shetty was seen visiting Alibaug with her entire family including daughter Samisha, son Viaan, mother Sunanda and sister Shamita Shetty. Shamita’s boyfriend Rakesh Bapat was also seen with the Shetty family. According to reports, Shamita, Rakesh and their family have gone to Alibaug to celebrate Valentine’s Day. If reports are to be believed, Shilpa, Shamita and Sunanda have failed to repay the loan. He has also refused to pay the money. The court has asked him to appear before February 28. Shilpa and Shamita’s father Surendra Shetty allegedly took the loan. But unfortunately, Surendra Shetty passed away on October 11, 2016, before repaying the loan. Parhad Amra, owner of an automobile agency, alleged that his father had borrowed the amount in 2015 and was to repay it by January 2017, but all three are refusing to repay the loan.
