The caption read, “Jaggery, also known as “gur” in Hindi, is a fairly popular natural sweetener used as a substitute for sugar. It further states that there are no symptoms of any kind of fat in jaggery, so without thinking about consuming excessive fat, you can easily include it in your diet. But avoid excessive consumption, especially those who have health problems like diabetes.
