Singhu Murder Live Updates: Dead bodies without hands at farmers’ protest site

The dead body of a person was found with his left wrist chopped off at the protest site of the farmers in Kundli.

According to the police, the victim has been identified as Lakhbir Singh of Punjab’s Tarn Taran district, who said the body was recovered around 5 am. The Nihangs – ‘warrior’ Sikhs – are convicted for the murder. A case of murder has been registered against unknown people.

Haryana Police said the body was recovered around 5 am; DSP Hansraj told news agency ANI that it was found near a place where farmers’ protests are going on. An FIR has been registered (against an unidentified person or persons) on charges of murder and a forensic team has investigated the crime scene, Sandeep Khirwar, IGP (Rohtak range) told ANI, “We have some suspects. There are names, will go ahead soon.”
