Los Angeles: One person was killed and eight injured in an overnight shooting at a large party in the US Southern Californiapolice said on Saturday.
officer from san bernardino Police dispatched late on Friday found a man who was killed outside a party at a business in a strip mall city east Of Los Angelessergeant Equino Thomas said.
He said eight others were shot and taken with their own transport to hospitals in the area. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening.
Thomas said no arrests had been made and the suspect had not been identified.
Police said the shooting appeared to have been triggered by clashes in a crowded party room and that the victims were not deliberately targeted.
