Staff Selection Commission (SSC) recently released the final vacancy list for SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) and Havaldar Exam 2023.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recently unveiled the final vacancy list for the SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) and Havaldar Exam 2023. Aspirants who participated in the Multi-Tasking Staff (non-technical) and Havaldar Central Board of Indirect Taxes (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) Exam 2023 can now access the list of vacancies through the official SSC website at ssc.nic.in. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,773 posts.

According to the notification, the distribution of vacancies includes 1,171 posts for MTS in the age group of 18 to 25 years, 206 posts for the age group of 18 to 27 years, and 396 vacancies for the post of Havaldar.

The computer-based examination for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) was conducted by the Staff Selection Commission from September 1 to September 14 across various centres in the country. Regarding educational qualifications, candidates need to have completed Class 10 or Matriculation from a recognized board or possess an equivalent qualification to be eligible for the SSC MTS 2023 examination. Successful candidates will be placed under Pay Level 1 of the 7th Pay Commission.

Individuals selected for the MTS positions will have the opportunity to serve in various ministries, departments, offices of the Indian government, and other bodies across states and union territories. Havaldar positions, on the other hand, will allow individuals to serve in the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, CBIC, and CBN. Both roles are classified as general central service group ‘C’ non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts.
