According to initial reports, a stampede has broken out in Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan in Jammu. According to news agency ANI, many people have been injured in this stampede, quoting the Police Control Room Reasi.
At present, according to immediate information, security forces including police are present on the spot and relief and rescue work is being done.
