Startups can present their ideas to industry experts at IIIT Delhi’s Pitch Cafe 3.0, a reward of over Rs 5 lakh

Indraprastha Information Institute technology (IIIT) Delhi will organize Pitch Cafe 3.0 on Saturday, 3rd September, an annual affair to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst young innovators. The program organized at the institute aims to bring young entrepreneurs closer to fulfill their entrepreneurial dreams. It serves as a platform to showcase promising ideas and early stage startups.

During the event, over 200 teams will compete for a prize pool of over Rs 5,00,000. Ideas and proposals will be screened in three rounds – idea abstraction screening, elevator pitch and a final pitching round. 64 teams out of 200 will qualify for the second round and will make the elevator pitch. Thereafter, 16 teams will present their views to investors on September 3. The final round judges include serial investors and renowned entrepreneurs, all highly respected personalities in their respective domains.

Geeks for Geeks CEO and co-founder Sandeep Jain are among other speakers and investor judges, as are Dhruv Rana, head of incubation at Shaheed Sukhdev College. Business Studies (SSCBS), Anshul Rustagi, and Arindam Basu, investors at Basic Roots and Neeraj Gulati- Head of the Board of Entrepreneurship in Delhi Government.

The institute said, “We had the pleasure of having consultants from the Delhi government to judge the entries of the first round. For the second round, we had consultants from a venture capitalist firm-100xVC, who gave us the top 16 teams for the final pitching. helped to achieve.” Told.
