Stocks to watch: Paytm, Axis Bank, Fortis Healthcare, Mindspace REIT, TimeX

Here are the top ten stocks that will be in focus on Tuesday:

One97 CommunicationsThe Paytm operator posted “stellar growth” in the December quarter, on the back of rapid scaling up of its lending business, it said on Monday. Loan disbursement volume increased 401% year-on-year to 4.4 million during the quarter and value jumped 365% 2,180 crores.

axis BankThe private lender has successfully executed an industry-first blockchain-enabled domestic business transaction on the government-backed platform Secured Logistics Document Exchange (SLDE) along with ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India and Lalit Pipes & Pipes Ltd. The lender also appointed Rajiv Anand as the deputy MD of the bank.

Fortis Healthcare: A US-based entity has filed suit against the company and several others, including IHH Healthcare Berhad, for alleged “copyright infringement and tortuous interference with contracts”, seeking damages of more than $6.5 billion. Emcore Envesecure, a trust set under the laws of Wyoming, has filed suit against 28 named defendants and 21 non-party defendants, including Fortis Healthcare Ltd. and IHH Healthcare Berhad.

Mindspace Business Park REIT: Global asset management firm Blackstone Group LP on Monday sold its entire 9.2% stake in Mindspace REIT to Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) for $235 million, according to two people familiar with the development.

Timex Group IndiaThe leading watchmaker said that it has been given the rights to manufacture and distribute Guess & GC branded watches in the country. It has entered into an agreement with Timex Nederland BV to provide manufacturing and distribution rights for the Indian market

IDBI Bank: The lender has started offering products benchmarked to Alternative Reference Rates (ARR) by changing the London Inter-Bank Offering Rate in line with regulatory guidelines. All new transactions are being referred to ARR from 1st January.

Spandana Sphoorti Financial: The lender said that its board has approved its proposal to raise funds for up to 3 billion.

InterGlobe AviationIndiGo operator took delivery of a record 36 Airbus SE aircraft between January and November 2021, according to data from European planners.

sjvn: The state-owned firm said it has been granted Category ‘I’ license by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission for inter-state trading of electricity across the country.

Gravita India: The company said it would raise 3 billion through issuance of shares, other equity-linked securities.
